About Phil Brown
Phil Brown has been in the telecom industry for more than 20 years and has worked in customer service, technical support, sales, and management with companies such as AT&T, SBC, Qwest, and PAETEC Communications. Phil has a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MS in Applied Management form Lesley University. He also has certificates in voice and data communications from R.I.T. and holds Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA certifications.
In addition to being a telecom agent and consultant, Phil teaches telecommunications and Information Technology courses at the University of Phoenix.
